With the trend toward refined fertilizer production, coating processes have become a key component in increasing fertilizer added value. Our stainless steel round pan coating machine, with its efficient and uniform coating results, durable material design, and flexible adaptability, has become a core piece of equipment for global fertilizer companies producing slow-release and trace element fertilizers.
The equipment’s core strengths lie in three key areas: precise coating, stable and durable, and flexible adaptability. The one-piece 304 stainless steel pan with a polished surface is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, while also reducing fertilizer particle sticking and ensuring coating uniformity of over 95%. The pan features 360° stepless speed regulation (0-30 rpm), and its adjustable spray system allows for precise control of coating liquid dosage. It adapts to the coating needs of various granular fertilizers, including organic and compound fertilizers. Whether adding slow-release agents to enhance fertilizer efficiency or encapsulating trace elements to supplement crop nutrition, this machine can reliably achieve these goals.
The equipment is available in multiple sizes for different production scales: the small 500L model is suitable for laboratories and small-batch trial production, with a single processing capacity of 50-100kg; the medium 2000L model meets the needs of small and medium-sized fertilizer plants, with an hourly output of 800-1200kg; and the large 5000L model integrates automatic loading and hot air drying, suitable for large production lines, with a single-shift capacity of over 8 tons. Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that adjusts the pot temperature in real time (room temperature – 80°C), ensuring rapid curing of the coating material and preventing clumping, resulting in a finished product yield exceeding 98%.
Currently, this equipment has been exported to over 30 countries, including India, Brazil, and Australia. An Indian customer uses it to coat compound fertilizer with a water-retaining film, extending its effectiveness by two months in arid regions. A Brazilian customer uses the equipment to coat organic fertilizer with biological bacteria, effectively increasing the survival rate of the inoculant. In the future, we will continue to optimize the intelligence level of our equipment, adding remote monitoring and fault diagnosis functions, allowing global customers to produce high-quality coated fertilizers at lower costs and higher efficiency, and promoting the development of precision fertilization in agriculture.
