The production line’s core advantage lies in its precise processing of organic raw materials. Equipped with a horizontal fermentation tank at the front end, microbial composting technology allows for complete composting of organic raw materials in 7-10 days, eliminating pathogens and insect eggs while preserving rich organic matter. A dedicated claw-type pulverizer is used in the crushing stage, precisely pulverizing even soft, composted raw materials to a fineness of 60-100 mesh, ensuring uniformity in the final product. A dual-shaft, weightless mixer is installed in the mixing stage, precisely blending the composted raw materials with trace elements, achieving a uniformity of over 96%, ensuring a balanced nutrient content in the organic fertilizer. A European farm customer reported, “Since the production line went into operation, it can process 20 tons of farm waste daily, producing a highly fertile powdered organic fertilizer. Orders from local farmers have increased by 30% year-on-year.”

In terms of production capacity adaptability, the production line can be customized to various sizes, ranging from 500 kg/h to 8 t/h. The small-scale line is suitable for small and medium-sized farms and organic fertilizer workshops, occupying only 25 square meters and offering easy operation. The medium-to-large-scale line is designed for large-scale organic fertilizer production enterprises and is equipped with an intelligent central control system that monitors key parameters such as fermentation temperature and grinding fineness in real time. It supports remote operation and maintenance, significantly reducing labor costs. The entire series of equipment is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and equipped with a pulse dust removal system, resulting in dust emissions below 2 mg/m³, complying with EU 1069/2009 environmental standards and organic agricultural production requirements.
