Recently, an organic fertilizer extrusion production line purchased by a Central Asian agricultural group from our factory has been installed and commissioned and put into use. This production line is specially designed for the resource utilization of straw and livestock and poultry manure in Central Asia. It can convert the abundant local agricultural waste into high-quality granular organic fertilizer, injecting new momentum into the green development of agriculture in Central Asia. ​

The organic matter content of cultivated soil in Central Asia is low, and resources such as straw and livestock and poultry manure are abundant. The organic fertilizer extrusion production line delivered this time can efficiently transform these wastes-after pretreatment, mixing, extrusion granulation and other links, it can produce 2-5 tons of granular organic fertilizer per hour. The extrusion granulation link adopts a dry molding process, without the need to add additional adhesives, and uses the material’s own viscosity to form. The granule strength reaches 8-10N, and the molding rate exceeds 95%, which can meet the needs of long-distance transportation. ​

In view of the climate characteristics of drought, little rain and large temperature difference in Central Asia, the production line has been optimized in a targeted manner. The drying system uses solar energy to assist heating, which reduces energy consumption while keeping the moisture content of organic fertilizer stable within 12%, ensuring that it is not easy to break in a dry environment; the key components of the equipment adopt anti-dust design to reduce the impact of wind and sand on operation. During the trial production period, the production line ran continuously for 100 hours without failure, and the organic fertilizer particles produced were uniform and met the local organic agriculture standards. ​

The customer highly recognized the performance of the production line. Its person in charge said that in the past, local organic fertilizers were mostly powdery, and there was a large loss during transportation and application. The granular organic fertilizer produced by the new production line is not only easy to store and transport, but also can slowly release nutrients, which is suitable for local irrigation agriculture needs. After commissioning, it can process 30,000 tons of straw and livestock and poultry manure and produce 15,000 tons of organic fertilizer each year for surrounding cotton and wheat planting, which is expected to increase crop yields by about 15%.
