Our turnkey potash fertilizer production line covers the whole workflow from raw material handling to finished bagging. The whole line starts with raw material feeding and automatic batching. Potash powder is sent into the mixer for even mixing. Then materials go into the potash granulator for pellet formation. Wet pellets are transported to rotary dryer to remove moisture, followed by a cooler to reduce pellet temperature. After cooling, materials pass through the screener to separate qualified pellets and oversized/fine returns. Return powder will be sent back for re-granulation. Qualified potash pellets go to coating machine for anti-caking treatment and finally automatic packaging.
A standard potash production line includes feeding conveyor, batching system, fertilizer mixer, potash granulator, rotary dryer, cooler, screener, coating machine, dust removal system and automatic packing machine. All equipment is connected by belt or screw conveyors. Dust collectors are equipped to control dust emission and meet environmental standards. The control cabinet centralizes operation for easy monitoring of every section.
Our potash line adopts mature wet granulation technology with stable running performance. Automatic batching reduces manual error and improves formula accuracy. The closed conveying system greatly reduces material waste and dust pollution. Every single equipment is matched in capacity to avoid bottleneck in production. We design anti-corrosion treatment for parts touching potash materials. The finished potash pellets have good anti-caking performance and long storage time.
