The granulator is the core machine of the whole line. Mixed powder materials are rolled into round solid granules. Our granulation equipment has high forming rate, low return material rate and stable continuous running performance.
Fresh wet granules go through the rotary dryer to reduce moisture, preventing caking during storage. The cooling machine lowers granule temperature, and the screener separates qualified granules from oversized and undersized particles. Unqualified materials return back to granulation for reprocessing.
Anti-caking coating is applied on granule surface to extend shelf life. The automatic packaging machine weighs and seals NPK fertilizer bags, reducing manual labor and improving packing precision.
Our NPK fertilizer production line adopts heavy-duty carbon steel structure, with anti-corrosion treatment for parts contacting fertilizer materials. The PLC control panel simplifies operation and monitors real-time production status. Capacity customization is available for different project budgets.
