Efficient production is achieved through a closed-loop process of “raw material pretreatment – crushing – mixing – screening – packaging.” The multifunctional crusher can grind raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, and peat moss to a fineness of 60-120 mesh, with a single unit processing capacity of 1-10 tons. It can enhance crushing force for high-fiber straw and precisely control the particle size of peat moss to ensure the fineness of the raw materials. The stainless steel twin-screw mixer evenly blends the crushed raw materials with humic acid, trace elements, and water-retaining media, achieving a mixing uniformity exceeding 95%. This allows for precise adjustment of the organic matter content (20%-40%) when producing nutrient soil, ensuring a balanced nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium nutrient profile when producing powdered organic fertilizer, and adding perlite and vermiculite to potting soil for air permeability. The vibrating screener, equipped with screens of varying apertures (2-5mm), removes impurities and substandard particles, maintaining a consistently high yield of over 98%.

The production line has been specifically optimized to address the diverse production needs and global applications. Material-contacting components are constructed of 304 stainless steel, resistant to humic acid and salt corrosion, eliminating metal contamination and complying with EU EC 1935/2004 and US FDA environmental standards to ensure product safety. Process parameters can be adjusted based on product category—extending the mixing time to improve medium integration when producing nutrient soil, enhancing sterilization (with an optional UV sterilization module) when producing powdered organic fertilizer, and adding a moisturizer addition port when producing potting soil. Compatible with a wide voltage range of 110V/220V/380V, the system operates stably in high-temperature and high-humidity horticultural farms in Southeast Asia, greenhouses in Europe, and home gardening workshops in the Americas. Core equipment has a service life of over 10 years.

The production line is easy to operate and maintain. It features a bilingual Chinese and English central control panel with over 10 preset parameters, including “nutrient soil formula,” “high-organic powdered fertilizer formula,” and “succulent potting soil formula.” Workers can master the process after just two hours of training. The equipment’s modular design allows the grinder and mixer to be started and stopped independently. Routine maintenance requires only cleaning the grinding chamber and checking for wear on the screen, requiring no specialized tools. The small production line, occupying 60-100 square meters, is suitable for home gardening businesses. The medium-sized line, scalable to 150-200 square meters, is suitable for medium-sized organic fertilizer plants. Installation and commissioning are required for production in 3-5 days.
