Through an extrusion process, it can transform fermented organic fertilizer materials (with a moisture content of 18%-25%) such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, and humic acid into columnar pellets with uniform density and smooth surfaces. The pellet formation rate remains consistently above 93%, with a pellet breakage rate of ≤5%, far exceeding the industry average. The columnar shape not only facilitates the storage and transportation of organic fertilizer, but also slows nutrient release and increases the duration of fertilizer effectiveness, making it particularly popular among home gardeners and cash crop growers. The unit has an hourly production capacity of 0.5-3 tons and a daily capacity of 12-72 tons, making it suitable for small- to medium-sized columnar organic fertilizer production.

The equipment is optimized for different raw materials and applications. Material-contacting components are made of 304 stainless steel, resistant to humic acid and salt corrosion, eliminating metal contamination and complying with EU EC 1935/2004 and US FDA environmental standards, ensuring high-quality organic fertilizer. The gap between the flat die and the rollers is precisely adjustable (0.1-0.5mm). When processing straw with high crude fiber content, a wider gap prevents sticking, while when processing fine humic acid-rich materials, a narrower gap improves particle density. The machine is equipped with heat dissipation and dust prevention devices, ensuring stable operation in the high temperature and humidity of Southeast Asia and the dry and dusty environments of the Middle East. Key components have a service life of over 8 years.
The machine is easy to operate and maintain. It features a bilingual Chinese and English touch panel with six or more pre-set production parameters, including “Chicken Manure Pellet Fertilizer,” “Straw Mixed Pellet Fertilizer,” and “Humic Acid Pellet Fertilizer.” Workers can master the process after just one hour of training. Daily maintenance requires only regular cleaning of the flat die holes and checking for wear on the rollers. Wear parts can be replaced by a single person without specialized tools. The machine is compact (occupying only 2-6 square meters) and can be flexibly integrated into a “fermentation-crushing-granulation-packaging” production line. Installation and commissioning can begin production within two days.
