The granulation link is the core of the production line, using roller extrusion granulation or disc granulation technology. The roller extrusion granulator can produce granules without drying through high-pressure molding, with a granule strength of 8-10N and a molding rate of over 95%; the disc granulator uses the centrifugal force of the rotating disc and the spraying system to produce round and smooth granules, and the particle size can be adjusted according to demand. Both granulation methods can adapt to different raw material characteristics and meet diversified production needs.
The production line is equipped with an intelligent control system, which realizes parameter setting and operation monitoring through the PLC touch screen, and can adjust key indicators such as granulation speed and temperature in real time to ensure stable product quality. The fully enclosed structure is equipped with dust removal and deodorization devices, and the dust emission is ≤10mg/m³, which meets international environmental protection standards; the waste heat recovery technology is used in the drying process, which reduces energy consumption by 30%, significantly improving production efficiency.
After an organic fertilizer plant in Hebei introduced this production line, the annual output of granular organic fertilizer increased from 5,000 tons to 30,000 tons. The product is exported to Southeast Asia due to its uniform granules and remarkable fertilizer effect.
