Both granulation methods can adapt to different raw material characteristics and meet diversified production needs. ​

The production line is equipped with an intelligent control system, which realizes parameter setting and operation monitoring through the PLC touch screen, and can adjust key indicators such as granulation speed and temperature in real time to ensure stable product quality. The fully enclosed structure is equipped with dust removal and deodorization devices, and the dust emission is ≤10mg/m³, which meets international environmental protection standards; the waste heat recovery technology is used in the drying process, which reduces energy consumption by 30%, significantly improving production efficiency.​
