When the double-shaft horizontal mixer is working, the motor drives the two stirring shafts to rotate in opposite directions through the reducer. The blades on the stirring shaft rotate accordingly, forming a complex stirring flow field in the mixing drum.

On the one hand, the rotation of the blades produces an axial push force on the material, causing the material to move forward or backward along the direction of the stirring shaft; on the other hand, the rotation of the blades also produces radial shear force and stirring force, so that the material is fully mixed in the radial direction.

Under the synergistic effect of the two stirring shafts, the material is constantly turned, sheared, and squeezed in the mixing drum, thereby achieving a fast and uniform stirring and mixing effect, and achieving the mixing degree required by the production process.
