The organic fertilizer fermentation tanks we delivered were custom-designed for Indonesia’s high-temperature, high-humidity climate and abundant palm pomace and livestock manure. The equipment features a vertical, sealed design, effectively isolating the fermentation process from the effects of high temperature and humidity. An intelligent temperature control system maintains a stable internal temperature of 55-65°C, ensuring rapid composting of the organic materials. This shortens the composting period from 30-40 days in traditional open-air composting to 10-15 days, while achieving a pathogen elimination rate exceeding 98%. With a capacity of 50m³, each tank can process 10 tons of organic waste daily, meeting the client’s monthly production needs of 300 tons of high-quality organic fertilizer. This successfully transforms abundant local agricultural waste into high-value fertilizer, addressing waste pollution while reducing the client’s raw material procurement costs.

At the installation site, our technical team overcame local site constraints and efficiently completed tasks including equipment positioning, piping connections, and electrical circuit commissioning. To adapt to the Indonesian farm’s layout, the equipment features a modular design, enabling rapid on-site assembly after disassembly and transportation. The entire installation process was completed in just three days. During the commissioning phase, technicians provided hands-on demonstrations throughout, guiding the client’s staff through key operations such as feeding, fermentation parameter adjustment, and discharging. Bilingual Chinese and English operating manuals and online instructional videos were also provided to ensure the client team mastered operational skills independently. The fermentation tank has been operating stably for a week, producing uniform organic fertilizer particles and meeting fertilizer efficiency standards. The client plans to purchase additional units to expand production.
