Rotary drum granulator is a kind of moulding machine that can make materials into specific shapes, which is widely used in many fields. The following is its detailed introduction:
Organic fertiliser rotary drum granulator Working Principle
The belt and pulley are driven by the main electric motor and transmitted to the main shaft through the speed reducer, and the folio gears installed on the main shaft and the large gear ring fixed on the body are toothed and work in the opposite direction. The material is added from the feeding end, and inside the cylinder, it reciprocates up and down with the help of gravity, centrifugal force and friction between materials. Under certain conditions of humidity, temperature and liquid phase, the material particles produce extrusion pressure to agglomerate into balls, which are made into granules and then flow out through the discharge port.
Organic fertiliser rotary drum granulator Characteristics
Good balling effect: the balling rate can reach 70%, high balling strength, a small amount of return material and small particle size, can be re-pelletised.
High drying efficiency: pass into the steam heating, improve the temperature of the material, so that the material into a ball with low moisture, conducive to improve the drying efficiency.
Strong corrosion resistance: the cylinder body is lined with special rubber plate or acid-resistant stainless steel liner, corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant, can automatically remove the scar, de-tumouring, the cancellation of the traditional scraper device.
Low running cost: large output, power consumption saving, low maintenance cost.
Scope of application
Fertiliser manufacturing: it is a kind of granulation equipment commonly used in the production of compound fertiliser, organic fertiliser, bio-fertiliser, controlled release fertiliser, etc. It is suitable for cold and hot granulation as well as large-scale production of compound fertiliser with high, medium and low concentration.
Organic waste treatment: it can deal with the manure produced by livestock and poultry farms, organic waste in urban living rubbish, organic waste produced in the process of industrial production such as food and beverage, etc., and make it into organic fertiliser to achieve resource recycling.
