Walking into the Indonesian fertilizer production workshop, the roaring mechanical sound is intertwined with the orderly operation process. In the raw material pretreatment area, wood ash and zinc sludge are crushed and screened, and then mixed in scientific proportions through a precise metering system. Faced with the looseness of wood ash and the high viscosity of zinc sludge, the conditioning device at the front end of the production line plays a key role. By adding specific auxiliary materials and adjusting moisture, the mixed raw materials can reach the best granulation state. Subsequently, the raw materials are evenly transported to the core equipment disc granulator. The disc rotates at a high speed with a precisely controlled speed, and with an adjustable inclination angle and a wear-resistant alloy scraper, the mixed raw materials are quickly molded into high-quality particles with a particle size of 3-5mm. The granulation molding rate is as high as 98%, and the stable production capacity of 5 tons per hour far exceeds customer expectations.
The intelligent control system escorts the entire production process. PLC and sensors monitor various data in real time. Once there is a deviation, the system will automatically fine-tune. The fully enclosed negative pressure dust removal system and the multi-stage deodorization device work together to not only control the dust emission below 10mg/m³, but also more effectively purify the harmful gases generated during the zinc sludge treatment process. The production environment is clean and orderly, fully in line with Indonesian environmental protection regulations.
