The equipment features a heavy-duty steel structure. The core disc has a diameter of 3.6 meters (0.8 meters deep). It features a thickened 304 stainless steel disc panel (8mm thick) and a high-manganese steel wear-resistant lining, ensuring it can withstand high-intensity, high-frequency granulation operations. Aimed at the different characteristics of raw materials such as organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and bio-fertilizer, the equipment achieves precise granulation through an adjustable speed of 15-28r/min and an adjustable disc inclination of 35°-55°: mixed raw materials with a moisture content of 25%-40% (such as livestock and poultry manure + straw, mineral powder + humic acid) are fed into the disc. Under the action of centrifugal force and friction, they are rapidly rolled into rounded particles with a diameter of 2-8mm. The pelletization rate is stable at over 90%. The processing capacity of a single unit is 8-15 tons, and the daily production capacity can reach 192-360 tons, easily meeting the “continuous and high-output” production needs of large-scale fertilizer plants.
The equipment is comprehensively optimized for diverse global production scenarios. Material-contacting components are constructed of 304 stainless steel, resistant to humic acid and chemical salt corrosion, preventing raw material contamination. The equipment complies with EU EC 1935/2004 and US FDA environmental standards, ensuring fertilizer quality compliance. Ribs and vibration dampeners are installed on the bottom of the disc to reduce vibration during high-speed operation, making it suitable for plants in Africa and Southeast Asia, where infrastructure conditions vary widely. An intelligent temperature control and water spraying system adjusts raw material humidity and disc temperature in real time, preventing pellet cracking or sticking. This ensures pellet uniformity, even when processing high-fiber organic fertilizers.
Easy to operate and maintain, the machine features a bilingual Chinese and English touch panel. It allows for presetting over eight parameter sets, including “organic fertilizer granulation” and “high-nitrogen compound fertilizer granulation.” It integrates with the production line’s PLC system, enabling seamless “automatic feeding, granulation, and discharging.” Daily maintenance requires only regular inspection of the inner lining for wear and cleaning of disc residue. Key components, such as the drive motor and reducer, are from internationally renowned brands and boast a service life exceeding eight years. The machine supports modular installation, allowing the placement of the feed and discharge conveyor belts to be customized to suit the customer’s production line layout. Installation and commissioning are required within 3-5 days, and production can begin.
Currently, this equipment has helped a large Brazilian organic fertilizer plant increase its daily production capacity from 100 tons to 300 tons, reducing the pellet transport damage rate from 8% to 2%.
