Organic fertilizer drum cooler, also known as rotary cooler, is usually used in conjunction with a dryer. The equipment has strong cooling capacity, stable operation, high production capacity, and easy operation. It is one of the important equipment in the production process of granular organic fertilizer. The equipment can greatly increase the cooling speed, reduce labor intensity and increase production, further remove the temperature of granular organic fertilizer and take away the water vapor on the surface of the particles.
The organic fertilizer drum cooler is driven by the main motor to drive the belt and pulley, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. The split gears installed on the driving shaft mesh with the large gear ring fixed on the machine body and work in opposite directions. The material is added from the feed end and passes through the inside of the cylinder. The suction of the induced draft fan (used in conjunction with the machine) accelerates the air flow inside the cylinder, and the lifting plate installed on the inner wall of the cylinder continuously turns up the material, thereby achieving the purpose of uniform cooling. The cooled material flows out from the discharge port. As the motor rotates continuously, the material continues to enter to achieve mass production.
