Equipment of the production line

Fermentation equipment: crawler compost turner can realize the mixed fermentation of chicken manure with straw, mushroom residue and other materials. Under the action of fermentation agent, the material pile is heated and matured, and the oxygen content and evaporated water are increased by composting. If the environmental protection requirements are strict, a horizontal fermentation tank can also be selected, and its fermentation process is fully sealed and equipped with a deodorizing device.

Crushing equipment: vertical crusher can crush the fermented chicken manure material to make the material particle size finer, providing better conditions for subsequent granulation.

Screening equipment: drum screening machine is used to screen the crushed material, return the unqualified size material to the crushing link, and the qualified material enters the next process.

Mixing equipment: including horizontal mixer can evenly mix chicken manure and other additives (such as inorganic nutrients, trace elements, etc.) according to the formula to ensure the balance of fertilizer nutrients.

Granulation equipment: The roller extrusion granulator squeezes the material through two relatively rotating rollers to form granules. The produced granules have regular shapes and high density. They are widely used in the granulation of organic materials such as chicken manure.

Screening equipment: Use a drum or vibrating screener to screen the cooled granules again, screen out the unqualified granules, and return them to the crushing-granulation process to ensure the quality of the finished granules.

Packaging equipment: Automatic metering packaging machines, including spiral and DC types, single and double heads, made of stainless steel and carbon steel, can measure and package the finished chicken manure granules for easy storage and transportation.
